Yemen International Food Industries Co. Ltd. (YIFICO) was established in 1997 and is one of the leading manufacturing companies in Yemen. YIFICO has a capital investment of $65,000,000 (Sixty Five Million US Dollars). 90% of the shares are owned by Al-Habbari Group  with the balance 10% owned by Maywal Limited, UK and other Investors. YIFICO factory facilities (Silos & Flour Mill) are located in the port of Saleef which was built by the Government of Yemen to handle all types of vessels. The port has a  natural draft of 14 meters and is protected by the Island of Kamaran which forms a natural breakwater across the whole Area of Saleef 13 kilometers long allowing vessels of up to 70,000 metric tons to berth safely and easily.

1. Grain silos for the capacity of 150,000 metric tons.

2. Unloading equipment, two ship unloaders with capacity of 300 tons per hour each. The ship unloaders are fully computerised.

3. Two mobile unloaders with capacity of 150 tones per hour each.

4. Grain bagging station into bags of 50 kg. 5 lines * 160 tones per hour bagging capacity.

5. One bulk loading line of 120 tones -per-hour loading capacity.

6. Flour mill which can produce four different types of flour. The milling capacity is 600 metric tons per day. The flour mill is completely computerised for quality control.

7. Flour packing of 11 bags per minute and also 6 bags per minute of bran which can be loaded directly into trucks by telescopic belt conveyors or can be palletized on plastic pallets at the same capacity.
